Activities

The Department of english was functioning with functional english till the last academic  year. As time demands we are proposing to function with the English language and literature. The English  Literary Forum and Film Club are working under the department. The Civil service coach inaugurated by the kasargod sub collector was its first attempt. The weltanschauung of the tinsel world is exhibited in the alternative years. The English sevens football cup is an annual event.

 

English Club

To enrich the language skills, the club organises number of programmes, seminars, workhops and other activities for the students in the College. Scriptings, Book Review, Writing Competitions are some of the popular activities of the club among students.

English Cup Football

Department of English organises yearly football tournament for the inter departmental teams in the college. Attractive prizes for Winners, Runner Up, Man of the match, Best Goals are distributed.
